Elegant 4-Bedroom Burj View Apartment

My worst experience Negative: I wish i could give zero stars to the service we received.I travel very frequently to Dubai and i always had a great time and the experience with the accomodations and the servicewas always great and among the best we have ever received when i compare it to ther places. We had agreed to check in at 4PM and we were there on time, when we arrived we were told that the apartment was not ready and the cleaning team arribed half an hour after hour arrival. We were told that the previous guest checked out late but in fact was the cleaning team arrived late, half an hour after our arrival. We the 7 of us were roaming around the building together with a child and my father wich is an old men for an hour. They offered us that the 7 of us to stay in one room while they were cleaning the other rooms. 1 hour later when we entered the apartment we realised that they had just quicjly changed the bed linens and thats it. However we were ok with this as we had no choice as it was already evening. Then the dinining table had only 3 chairs as in the photos show 6. We were told to use the balcony chairs wich dont really fit on that table. Then there were only 4 plates and no kithcenwares so for 2 days, 4 us had to eat, then wash the plates then the others could eat, so instead if eating as a family, we were taking turns. They delivered kithcenwares including plates 2 dats later. We did not request no refund, nothing extra but the customer service offered it, so we made the request to booking.com about 4 days later. They responded to booking.com saying that the apartment was ready for check-in and guest refused to check in upon arrival. Luckily i have all the photos with the conversations wich i will post on google so everyone can be carefull when dealing with host.
