Luxury 4BR Burj Khalifa & Fountain View High floor

Disappointing Positive: The view of the Burj Khalifa and fountain was fantastic. An amazing view. Negative: The apartment is very tired. Not bright white as photos. Walls are dirty. Toilet seat in the main living area is awful and needs replacing. Sofa broken, is not connected properly and rocks when you sit on it. Bathroom in the maids room does not drain away so the floor is constantly wet due to the shower water and door needs updating as swollen and peeling due to water. Main bathroom door doesn't close properly either and peeling. Balcony was filthy except for the furniture.

Positive: Fantastische Lage mit einem gigantischen Blick auf die Wasserspiele! Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel und wunderschön eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter mit vielen guten Tips war super! Wenn wir wieder nach Dubai reisen, immer wieder in dieses Appartement!

The perfect apartment with fabulous views Positive: It was super comfortable and well furnished. Plus the location was simply perfect, you could walk to Dubai Mall in 10min, there was a supermarket right downstairs and lots of restaurants as well. The host Juliana was also super helpful and responsive. Negative: Nothing
